Charge Non UK registered vehicles to use UK roads to help fund road repairs

We think non UK registered vehicles entering mainland Great Britain should have to pay a charge for use of UK roads. The charge would either be an entry charge per visit or a charge that would cover one year’s road use by that vehicle
