Lasting Powers of Attorney, no fault divorce and re-opening financial orders on divorce are the key topics to be discussed at Hull law firm Andrew Jackson’s annual Private Client Update.

Aimed at professional advisers, members of the firm’s highly regarded private client team will advise on the changes – and pitfalls – to Lasting Powers of Attorney and their impact upon clients; the current fault-based divorce process and why Andrew Jackson is championing a system based on ‘no-fault’; and, what grounds exist for setting aside financial orders on divorce, together with the view taken by the courts in light of non-disclosure following decisions in two highly-publicised divorce cases.

Presenting alongside other members of the team is Richard Hoare, partner and head of private client services at Andrew Jackson, who has over 20 years’ specialist experience and particular expertise in the field of financial disputes arising on relationship breakdown.
