A simple, well organised, strong structure
At the end of 2018, ENGIE Fabricom UK rolled out an initiative to simplify and bring together the UK business as one team, by providing a clearly defined and simplified structure.
ENGIE Fabricom’s vision is to become a more customer focused organisation with their greatest asset; their people at the heart of everything they do.
The one team approach will ensure that the focus is on delivering successful projects with a culture that learns, develops, attracts and retains great talent.

As a result of the restructure ENGIE Fabricom has also announced some key role changes within the Company. Paul Carvill will take the position of Chief Operating Officer and continue to focus on the overall business strategy, operational excellence and customer experience. Craig Welford as Managing Director will now oversee all operational activities across the whole of the UK.
