Bring your business to life in 2019 at Grimsby Top Town Market

If you’re looking to take the next step with your business in 2019, why not take up a stall at Grimsby Top Town Market?

North East Lincolnshire Council and its regeneration partner, ENGIE, will be continuing the market trader incentive scheme for new traders into the New Year.

Councillor Peter Wheatley, portfolio holder for regeneration, said: “There has never been a more exciting time to become a market trader.

“In the last year, the market has grown month-on-month, bucking regional trends and securing funding from Arts Council England for a range of events.”

New traders will receive:

  • 100 per cent reduced rent for 12 weeks on new lines then a further 50 per cent reduced rent for 12 weeks on all vacant stalls that have been vacant for six weeks or more. Normal rent rates will be in place after this time.
  • 100 per cent reduced rent for six weeks on existing lines then a further 50 per cent reduced rent for 12 weeks on all vacant stalls that have been vacant for six weeks or more. Normal rent rates will be in place after this time.

Qualifying conditions apply for the incentive scheme.

For more information on the incentive scheme or market trading, contact the Market Office on market.hall@nelincs.gov.uk or call (01472) 325836.
