Lincolnshire-based software company OrderWise has just signed up to work with Dragon’s Den stars GripIt Fixings.
GripIt, a unique plasterboard fixing and brainchild of young entrepreneur Jordan Daykin (20), recently featured on the BBC show to pitch for an initial investment of £80,000, catching the eye of investor Deborah Meaden. She has since provided a further £900,000 to fund growth, seeing the enterprise expand into larger premises and purchase cutting-edge technology to keep up with demand.
Having started life in a garden shed, the company also recently closed a highly successful crowdfunding campaign at £2m – half a million more than their initial target – raising the capital in just five days to support their international expansion.
The company contacted OrderWise to streamline and manage their large amount of orders and invoices, as well as helping them to have better insight into their stock levels. GripIt found OrderWise through Google listings, showing the company to be the first point of call for stock control software, offering what GripIt were searching for.
Jordan Daykin, CEO & Founder at GripIt Fixings said:

The OrderWise platform will help us continue business as usual and ensure nothing slips through the net.
