Free seminar – on changes to stamp duty land tax

James Legal Solicitors will be hosting a free seminar to explain the possible benefits of diverting investments away from residential and towards commercial property on 10 March at The Holiday Inn, Hull Marina.

James Legal Solicitors will be hosting a free seminar to explain the possible benefits of diverting investments away from residential and towards commercial property on 10 March at The Holiday Inn, Hull Marina.

Rachael Noton, property lawyer at James Legals said:

Commercial property is more complex than residential property and some investors are cautious about entering into the unknown.

We want to dispel fears and demonstrate that commercial property is arguably one of the most profitable forms of investment.

Impending changes to Stamp Duty Land Tax and tax on rental income will mean that landlords and other investors are putting their money into commercial and mixed use properties, rather than residential buy-to-let properties.

Our seminar will look at these changes and how they will affect finances and future investments.

We will be providing an overview on the differences between residential and commercial property as well as the advantages of investing in commercial property and what to look out for when considering an investment.

The Seminar will be presented by Kelly Bannister and Rachael Noton, commercial property solicitors at James Legal.

To book a place, please email booking@jameslegal.co.uk or telephone 01482 225566 and ask for Kelly or Rachael.
