Commercial property specialists at Bruton Knowles are anticipating keen interest in a quality office location just minutes from Harrogate town centre.

The self-contained office on North Park Road offers 1,488 sq ft of modern space on the ground and first floor with additional space in the attic and basement for storage.

Nicholas Broadway from Bruton Knowles said the corner building also offered on-site parking.

He said:

With the office market in Harrogate generally there have been positive signs over the last year with lowering vacancy rates and a number of key lettings.

However, rental values have not yet seen significant gains – but if supply continues to decrease we would then start to see increases in rental values.

Nicholas said North Park Road is an ideal location for businesses, a stone’s throw from the main town centre.

The property was operated as a day centre and would be suitable for a number of uses subject to relevant consents.

Nicholas is also reporting keen interest in a brace of industrial warehouses on Dunslow Road in Scarborough.

On the market for just one week, units 2 and 5 each offer 1,150 sq ft of warehousing space in a single storey block with small internal office.

Situated around three miles from the centre of Scarborough, the units offer good access to the A64 and A170 to York and Thirsk.

Nicholas said:

These units are in an established industrial location and are ideal for small or start-up business. They have only been on the market just over a week and we have already had two viewings with keen interest.
