A human resources consultancy is expanding its services to meet demand from businesses across Leeds.
Less than a year after launching services to businesses in South Leeds and Castleford, the HR Dept is now covering the whole of the city with plans to expand further.
The HR Dept delivers a range of affordable human resources services to SMEs.
Director Ruth Richards launched the business last year following a 20 year career as a senior consultant with a global HR consultancy.
Employing people is becoming increasingly complicated and yet many SMEs cannot afford to engage a full time HR advisor – this is where our services come in,” said Ruth.

Such is the demand that we are re-locating from our base in Morley into larger offices and will be taking on more staff.
Ruth, originally from Huddersfield worked in the United States and Canada for global HR consultancy Towers Watson before joining a Leeds based electronics firm as European HR Director.
She is now a multi licence holder for the HR Dept which operates a network of HR professionals across the UK.
