Clare Appleyard has joined the management team at Quality Solicitors Bradbury Roberts & Raby as the new Assistant Practice Manager.
The firm has strategically put in place a succession plan for when the current Practice Manager Patrick King retires and Clare is a vital part of the plan to take the firm forward when this occurs.
In the meantime she will be learning the role and assisting Patrick King with the day-to-day running of the business including, and not limited to, Human Resources, Financial Management, Quality Standards, Compliance, Law Society accreditations and the management of their Legal Aid Contract.
Prior to joining the firm, Clare studied Law at the University of Leeds, gaining a 2:1 with honours and went on to study the Legal Practice Course and a Masters Degree in Legal Practice, at BPP Law School in Leeds. Clare’s working life began with two city Law Firms in Leeds and she subsequently went on to work for a leading insurer and global recruitment agency before ‘landing’ the current role.
I am very excited to join the team at Quality Solicitors Bradbury Roberts & Raby, so much so that I have even framed (for posterity) the original job advert, from the Scunthorpe Telegraph, that my mum found in the paper, which led me to apply for the position!
I feel I can enrich the business with my previous experience, as I can draw from my knowledge of the legal, insurance and recruitment markets. I relish the challenge of helping to run a law firm that is renowned for the very highest standards of legal advice and customer care.
