With a reputation for manufacturing market leading products, continuous innovation, and supplying glue and adhesive solutions to 55 countries around the world, you would be hard pressed to see why Bradford-based Fantastak Limited would look to change. Nevertheless as of November 2014 the Industrial and Retail arms of the business will launch a refreshed brand look and feel, website and begin on a strategic marketing campaign to bolster its already healthy bottom-line.

In a campaign to facilitate growth and to secure a more structured platform for upcoming new products, the team at Fantastak took the decision to develop a coherent look and voice, and execute a more integrated marketing strategy that was sympathetic of the business goals. The new branding and proposition can be felt not only through external marketing activities but also internally, from product packaging redesign all the way to building signage.

Richard Turner, Managing Director of Fantastak Ltd discussed the reasons behind the change, “We took the decision to re brand as we felt the time was right to solidify our place in the market and begin a new business year with a fresh, modern and stronger brand, and business proposition. With the obvious up-turn in the economy, we needed to continue to position ourselves as market leaders, and put clear daylight between us and our competitors, ensuring our brand continues to be trusted by its customers and is not just considered, but employed by new customers.”

The Group turnover grew by 24% in the past 12 months, with pre tax profit up 34%. The management are predicting that the brand and marketing strategy refresh will strengthen a healthy turnover forecast for 2015, forecasting a further 20% increase in growth.

Richard continued, “This year has seen the release of a number of new products to market, as well as the continued development of manufacturing behind the scenes. We have a number of exciting new business projects in the pipeline and coupled with a co-ordinated marketing campaign for both industrial and retail, and an increase in staff numbers by 15%, we are set to make 2015 our most successful year yet.”
